Package Details
- This package includes ongoing support through the 'Practice Better' app via interactive food and mood journal and messaging system for a period of 4 weeks after the initial consultation.
- Prior to your initial consult your health history will be reviewed as well as the results of your total body assessment questionnaire analysis and food journals. This information will help identify where there may be nutritional deficiencies and imbalances.
- After your initial consultation, I will formulate a nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plan for moving forward. I will check in with you at 2 weeks and 4 weeks for 30 minute follow ups.
